Europa Capital appoints James Fortescue

James Fortescue has joined London based Europa Capital from CB Richard Ellis. James will be a Senior Associate focussing on new investments in the United Kingdom, Benelux and the Nordic region.

James joined CB Richard Ellis in 2002 working in Global Corporate Services specialising in real estate strategy for a range of corporate businesses. In 2003, he moved to the West End team focusing predominantly on German inward investment into the UK. Prior to his arrival at Europa Capital, he specialised for two years in advising on major European cross-border investment sales and acquisitions.

Europa Capital has invested over €5 billion in Europe across a variety of transactions, ranging from single assets and portfolio acquisitions to buy-outs.
